My name is William, founder of NOR-BQ. With over 30 years in the food industry, I’ve developed a deep passion for great food, along with a strong foundation in quality and safety.

Starting my own food business was always the goal, but like many, I stayed on the safe path for years. When COVID shut down restaurants, it forced a decision—stay comfortable or take the leap. I chose to bet on myself.
